School Volunteer Information

Parents are welcome to attend the set classroom parties throughout the school year (Halloween, Winter Holiday, Valentine's Day, Cougar Carnival). As a measure to ensure the safety and security of all students and staff, school volunteers will be required to register with our school.

Classroom Party Attendees will attend classroom parties under the direct supervision of the classroom teacher. Classroom Party attendees will need to sign up with classroom teacher. Please no other children during class parties.

School Volunteers work in classrooms or on campus under direct supervision of or direction from the classroom teacher. Volunteers work at school periodically or on a regular basis, including the opportunity to chaperone on field trips. School Volunteers must complete Volunteer Data Form that will be kept on record in the office for the duration of the school year. 

All classroom party attendees & school volunteers must sign in at the school office prior to entering classrooms at school and must wear either a volunteer badge or a visitor’s sticker while on campus.
